Tim McGraw and Faith Hill mark their 20th anniversary on Oct. 6, but they’ve already been celebrating in the days leading up to that milestone.

On Oct. 4, Tim and Faith took the stage at Nashville’s Ryman Auditorium to announce their Soul 2 Soul World Tour 2017. The fans in the audience were treated to a show from the two superstars before they launch the trek in April of next year.

On Oct. 5, Tim and Faith were each honored with stars on the Music City Walk of Fame in downtown Nashville. Their friend Reba McEntire was on hand to present the honor to the couple, and they both got teary-eyed as they talked during the ceremony.

Now that they’ve partied for two days straight, Tim and Faith plan to celebrate their actual wedding anniversary by just hanging around the house.

Faith says, “We are going to be in sweats on the couch watching some TV show we gotta find.”

Tim adds, “We’re gonna binge-watch something.”

Tim had one special request for the anniversary. He says, “I don’t know if I’m going to get away with it or not. But, I wanted cornbread and peas.”

Faith chimes in, “That would be me cooking the cornbread and peas.”

Tim and Faith have lived a lot of life in the last 20 years. They’ve raised three daughters with two of the girls already off to college. Finding that kind of long-lasting love is a rarity among celebrities.

Says Tim, “It’s an accomplishment. It really is. In our business, it’s really probably like 80 years. I look at it as dog years.”
