Camera footage shows a thief trying to steal until a bull mastiff and his friend show up and chase him away

Before we begin viewing our lovely video, let’s just make the observation that it probably wasn’t made in the good old USA. How do we know? The title of the video is “Thieving fat gypo pikey vagabond git is welcomed by Shelbie and Bonbons.”

Videos by Rare

The Urban Dictionary helps us out by explaining that gypo and pikey are both words that refer to people who live an itinerant lifestyle and are also known by the now uncool word “gypsy.” So the video was probably made in England, Scotland, Ireland, or Wales. And it’s safe to say you probably don’t want to repeat these words. A git is just a dumb person so that one may be OK but you could just call the guy a creep or a crook.

Attempting to steal property comes with its share of risks, including being chased down by a family dog. Or maybe a couple of family dogs.

That’s precisely what happened in this instance, when a bull mastiff and his pal show up and chase down a guy who appears to be taking things.

The video is a little hard to follow because some of the time our miscreant is just outside the frame but we’re guessing he tried to jump the fence but corpulence and/or failure to exercise makes that a fail.

So, these dogs definitely earn their keep and hopefully got a good scratch behind the ears and maybe a little something extra at dinnertime. The mastiff is definitely the top dog here, but the other dog is definitely providing some support.

Which one is named Shelbie and which one is Bonbons? We may never know, but good dogs!
