“The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon” has found a niche in hosting celebrities and playing games with the guests. However, on Friday night’s show, he brought out the “Thank You Notes” segment once again. In previous thank you notes, he has thanked everything from plastic bags to Kellyanne Conway’s inauguration day outfit.

This weeks the host dished out thank you notes to “side table” (for sounding like a piece of furniture that’s cheating) and “heavy winter gloves” (for making me feel like I’m always ready to hold a live hawk). And while we can probably expect a lot of different variables out of late night hosts in the future, Jimmy Fallon will likely continue to deliver solid laughs with his proven formula.
