That’s what you call a pretty good breakfast.
Actually, it’s apparently not as much as our McMuffin fan could have walked away with. He initially received a couple of thousand dollars in his McDonald’s bag. But he said he returned it because he’s a good person.
It all happened at the drive-thru window, with Josiah Vargas documenting the accidental cash grab on his TikTok account.
“I just went to McDonald’s, where they handed me my Sausage McMuffin, and this bag,” Vargas said, displaying a second large bag. “Well what’s in this bag? There (expletive) deposit. … Like, what is this? Why would they do this?

“Why would you guys do this to me? Do you know how bad I want this money? Why put me in this situation?” He then returns to the restaurant to return the money recording all the while.
“Are you guys laundering money?” he asked when handing the bag back to the counter.
He was informed that McDonald’s was not, and that it was a “mishap.” Either way, it was met with some serious celebration. “I want to give you a hug,” said one employee.
Instead, they gave him 200 bucks as a sort of reward. That and a Sausage McMuffin? Yeah, it’s a pretty good day at the office.
