Regional wear always makes for a good souvenir when you’re traveling, as many millions of “I <3 NY” shirts can attest. They make for great gifts, whether for yourself or someone else, and everyone can use more lazy day shirts. One man, though, is taking regional wear to another level.
Sam Barsky knits his own sweaters, which is already impressive to the needle-challenged among us. More remarkable yet, he fashions new sweaters for locations he visits, and not necessarily for tourist landmarks that everyone can recognize.
