Simone Biles wants you to know she’s 100 percent happy with herself and her body.

The 19-year-old gymnast shared a brief but powerful message on Twitter this week.

We can all take her words to heart: “You all can judge my body all you want, but at the end of the day it’s MY body. I love it & I’m comfortable in my skin.”

Despite being a five-time Olympic medalist and three-time world all-around champion, Biles still faces her share of critics. She recently told PEOPLE that in 2013, she overheard a male coach call her fat.

“It was really hard, because growing up I never felt overweight or fat, so it shocked me, like, ‘Why would he say that?’” she said. “But in a way it actually shaped me for the better, because it just taught me to rise above and to love my body no matter what.”

During the Rio Olympics, Biles and the rest of the ladies of Team USA convinced us that strength is beautiful. We just love the fact that she recognizes and embraces her beauty, despite what other people say and think.
