Together with a team of sex-positive wellness experts, the Stripped singer has centered Playground around women’s pleasure and confidence. The brand currently carries four unique lube experiences: Love Sesh, Date Night, Mini Escape, and After Hours. These water-based, FDA-approved personal lubricants claim to stimulate the senses and enhance libido.

“I’ve gotten to know my vagina well over the last 42 years. And literally there are pleasure points that keep opening up as you get older,” Aguilera tells People. “There’s four different places that I can orgasm from around my vagina, and that is the truth.”

Christina Aguilera Talks Women’s Sexual Health

In a conversation with Playground’s Chief Sexologist Dr. Emily Morse, Christina Aguilera explains that sexual wellness is an integral part of self-care.

“We’re so quick to buy ourselves a face cream, or hair or beauty products,” she says. “Why does our vagina just not get the same kind of time and attention?”

While the former The Voice coach certainly isn’t shy about her own sexuality, she reveals that this wasn’t always the case. Growing up in the male-dominated entertainment industry, she felt that women didn’t make the rules when it came to their own sexuality.

Her goal with Playground is to help women overcome the shame and stigma that surrounds conversations about women’s sexual wellness.

“It’s a power source,” she claims, referring to the vagina, “It’s a game-changer when you know how it operates.”
