A skinny cookies and cream milkshake? This is the stuff of dreams.

Consuelo of Honey and Figs Kitchen makes a protein-packed Oreo milkshake that can be consumed guilt-free after a workout. It swaps the ice cream for fat-free cottage cheese, but doesn’t skimp on the cookies. And it only have five ingredients! (However, adding whipped cream will probably undo all the shake’s goodness — sorry.)

You will need:
250 grams (about 1 cup) fat-free low-sodium cottage cheese
1 cup skim milk
3 Oreos
1 teaspoon Truvia
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Tip: You can swap the cottage cheese for ricotta, but do not use cheese with salt!
