Crispy pasta is the perfect alternative to chips. Noodles are much cheaper than store-bought chips and super easy to make at home. Plus, it’s so much fun to have a bow-shaped snack!

All you need is a box of pasta and some oil. Cook the pasta in boiling water, but only until it is halfway done. Then drain and scoop into hot oil.

Fry in small batches, making sure the pasta is covered by the oil. Flip the pasta with a slotted spoon when one side is golden brown. When it’s all fried, top with a little salt, lemon juice, or Parmesan cheese and enjoy.
