Did you know:
- Apple cores and peels can be turned into jelly?
- Potato and carrot peels can be baked into delicious, crunchy snacks?
- Citrus rinds and other fruit scraps make a delightful potpourri?
- Avocado peel is an all-natural moisturizer for your face?
And obviously, lemon, lime and orange peels can be used for zest!
