Try this classic beer chili the next time you’re in the mood for some serious comfort food.

You will need:

  • 1½ pounds ground beef
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 white onion, diced
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can white beans, drained
  • 1 bottle of beer

Top your finished chili with sour cream, shredded cheese, green onions, or whatever your heart desires.
