Meatball veggie soup is a simple crockpot freezer meal anyone can make in a rush Rare Life / YouTube

I have to leave town for a week for work, and even though I’m sure my husband will feed the kids, I just want to make it as easy as possible for him! This is a super simple crockpot freezer meal recipe for meatball veggie soup.

You’ll just need:

  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 medium zucchini, chopped
  • 1 lb carrots, chopped
  • 3 cups green beans
  • 1 lb meatballs
  • 1 jar spaghetti sauce
  • 4 cups chicken broth

Throw it all in a giant freezer bag, then toss in the freezer. All you have to do is drop the contents into the slowcooker when you’re ready and cook on low for 8 hours.
