Who needs Taco Bell when you can make a tastier — and far healthier — grilled burrito at home?

These on-the-go burritos can be filled with almost anything; I used turkey, but you can swap that out for black beans, chicken, ground beef — whatever you want!

You’ll need:

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 1 cup green pepper, diced
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup pureed pinto beans
  • Shredded cheese
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 10 whole wheat tortillas

If your kids have sports practice or any other type of after-school activity, give them these burritos in the car to make sure they eat a healthy dinner!
