  • ¼ cup unsalted butter
  • 1 tube refrigerated Pillsbury Grands biscuits
  • 3 large eggs, beaten
  • ¼ cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 2 scallions, diced
