Happy fall, y’all! In honor of the change in seasons, it’s time to make that coffee creation loved by all of us — the pumpkin spice latte.
Since the ones at Starbucks are ridiculously expensive, I decided to try and make my own. Sadly, I don’t have an espresso machine, so I just used a Keurig to brew some regular coffee. But it still tasted amazing!

You’ll need:
- A mug of coffee
- 1 cup milk
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin puree
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- ¼ teaspoon pumpkin spice
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
Top your finished latte with whipped cream and a little more pumpkin spice. If you want homemade whipped cream, simply whisk heavy whipping cream and a little sugar. (I only used Reddi-wip because my whipping cream went bad!)
