You won’t believe the spicy secret ingredient in these homemade fiery chicken fries

The hilarious team at HellthyJunkFood is known for taking fast food dishes and turning them into homemade creations that are (slightly) better for you. Or not.

For their take on Burger King’s Fiery Chicken Fries, the YouTubers used a coating that includes Flamin’ Hot Cheetos — not exactly health food, but still packing fewer calories than the restaurant version.

You will need:
2 cups flour
1 tablespoon seasoned salt
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon chili powder
2 teaspoons cayenne pepper
2 teaspoons black pepper
2 teaspoons garlic powder
2 eggs
½ cup hot sauce
½ cup milk
1 more teaspoon cayenne pepper
Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, pulverized in a food processor
1 pound ground chicken
