Springtime is about to get a little sweeter.

Sorbet is actually easy to make, and this video will show you how. It only takes five minutes, so you could make a different flavor every week of the summer. All you need is frozen fruit and sweetened condensed milk.

Instead of an ice cream maker, this recipe uses a food processor and a regular freezer. The food processor and condensed milk make the mix smooth so it doesn’t need to be churned. Simply wait for it to freeze. How easy is that?
