Basically, you pan fry the chicken for around 10 minutes. Once the chicken is cooked, slice it open and stuff with pre-made pimento cheese. Told you it was easy! No mixing a fancy concoction and then stuffing it into raw chicken that has to bake for forever. Fifteen minutes and you’re done!
Here’s what you’ll need:
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup milk
1 large egg
1 1/2 to 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
1 1/3 cups pimiento cheese (store bought or make your own)
chopped fresh chives for garnish
