Everyone knows Mark Wahlberg is ripped beyond belief. Few if any can figure out how the 51-year-old manages to stay in such incredible shape at his age.
If you want to emulate Mark Wahlberg and his physique, it might require a wee change or two to your morning routine. The Mile 22 actor recently revealed he gets up at 2:30 a.m. to start working out.

Here’s a refresher:
… And Yet Mark Wahlberg Can Still Take A Joke
But even though Mark Wahlberg takes his exercise routines very seriously, he can still laugh at himself. For example, he laughed along with Kevin Hart when the comedian ribbed him for his early days as a rap career.
In an interview that Entertainment Tonight published online Wednesday, Kevin Hart admitted to teasing Mark Wahlberg about his former rap career. Wahlberg had jokingly asked Hart to open for him on tour as Marky Mark.
“He offered it and I said, ‘Let’s do it’ and he put his stupid price tag in front of it that didn’t make any sense,” Hart said. “Yeah, he said, ‘Kevin, I need $7 million for three songs.’ That’s what he did.”
Most recently, Wahlberg has appeared in Netflix’s Spenser Confidential and lends his voice to the animated movie, Scoob. His latest movie, Uncharted released in 2022.
