We’re always a little envious of the people who win those HGTV home giveaways. The Dream Home, the Smart Home, the Urban Oasis — we want them all!

Well, if you have $450,000, one of those professionally decorated palaces could be yours.

The 2015 Urban Oasis in West Asheville, N.C., hit the market last month. The renovated 1920s Craftsman bungalow features a bright and open living area and kitchen, a gorgeous outdoor space, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a loft, and a garage and mudroom.

Crystal Harriman of Poulsbo, Wash., won the house last summer, but is now ready to part with it.

“It’s a beautiful home, and we love it very much. We had a hard time leaving it when we were in Asheville, but it would be really hard to uproot our children and our life,” she told Mosaic Realty, which listed the house.

And she isn’t the first lucky HGTV winner to quickly put her prize on the market. The 2014 and 2013 Urban Oasis homes, in Atlanta and Boston, respectively, have also since been sold by their owners, who may not have realized the ongoing costs of such houses.

“Most of the time, the winnings are substantial, so you get elevated to the top tax bracket,” Mosaic’s Mike Figura told South Carolina’s WYFF.

The realty company accepted bids on the house at 17 Russell Street through April 24 but, according to Trulia, the property is still on the market. Its price was also lowered from $490,000 to $450,000.

However, if you’d rather take a chance on winning a never-owned, HGTV-designed paradise, the sweepstakes for the 2016 Smart Home in Raleigh, N.C., is underway.
