Some of these familiar items have pretty odd names

Every item in your day-to-day life has a name, whether you know it or not.  That little plastic cover on your shoelace? It has a name. The foam that your beer is topped with? Yes, that has a specific name, too. It’s time to retire ‘who-its’ and ‘do-dads’ from your vocabulary. Here are five familiar items that have very odd names.
