Making minor modifications to normal movements to make them a little smaller and quieter is the key to a great small space workout. She alternates between high and low exercises to get your heart rate up without running and jumping too much.

Warm-up: Windmills — 15 on each side

Do one minute of each exercise in this order:

  • Quiet burpees
  • Mountain climbers
  • Squat with front kick
  • Plank with 5 second alternating hip extensions
  • Pendulum
  • Side plank pulses right side
  • Alternating lunges
  • Side plank pulses left side
  • Standing crunch twist
  • Plank with alternating arm punches
