50 Cent, 47, filed a lawsuit last September against a Miami spa called Perfection Plastic Surgery & MedSpa, which is owned by plastic surgeon Angela Kogan. The lawsuit, which has just reached a settlement, claims that a picture of his penis was taken and promoted on the spa’s website, implying that the rapper underwent penis enlargement surgery.

50 Cent’s Implied Penis Enlargement Surgery
50 Cent claims that he never underwent a surgery of any kind, and that having a photo of his genitals promoted on the spa’s site implies that he did indeed undergo the procedure. According to Billboard, both the plaintiff and defendant have “reached an agreement in principle to settle Mr. Jackson’s claims” and are “in the process of preparing an agreement to finalize and memorialize” a settlement.
According to 50 Cent’s attorneys, the “Defendants’ actions have exposed Jackson to ridicule, caused substantial damage to his professional and personal reputation, and violated his right to control his name and image.” Kogan claims that 50 Cent’s accusations are false, but she is still being held culpable.
Kogan attempted to have the case dismissed, an action that was denied back in December. 50 Cent claims that he assumed he was having the photo taken for a fan, but never intended to have the photo of his penis to be used to promote any kind of procedure.
In Judge Robert N. Scola, Jr.’s written ruling, it is stated that “As the proverbial saying goes, a picture is worth a thousand words. This one in particular depicts a worldwide celebrity next to Kogan with MedSpa’s name repeated all throughout the background. The promotional value is evident.”
This is just one of several lawsuits 50 Cent has been involved in involving the incident with Kogan. In February, 50 Cent reached a settlement with a publication called the Shade Room for uploading articles that insinuate that he did in fact have the penis enlargement surgery.
