Emily Ratajkowski is opening up about her very public dating life, saying that she attracts the worst men following her split with Pete Davidson. The 31-year-old actress and model opened up about her extensive dating life on an episode of her High Low podcast, released on January 3rd. There she spoke with TikTok influencer Olivia Ponton where she confirmed that she and Davidson were dating in November. The couple made their first public appearance at an NBA game at Madison Square Garden but decided to split a few weeks later.

“ I feel like I attract the worst men,” Ratajkowski said on the podcast. she went on to add that the men always feel that they need to prove themselves, subtly taking a jab at Davidson. “Sometimes I’m like, ‘f**k’, because I want a confident man,” Ratajkowski noted.

“I don’t want an overly confident man who has something to prove and is trying to prove it through me. That is not what I want.” The actress went on to share her frustrations about her general dating life. “They’re like, ‘OK, yes, you’re special. You’ve done it.’ And they love it and love it, and then slowly they get emasculated and…don’t know what to do with those feelings, and then they resent you.” She went on to say that she was back to square one saying how her past romances have been a failure, which caused her to tear down.
“It’s so f***end up unfair, because I feel like a lot of men who truly think they want a strong woman actually don’t know how to handle it and…what it means for their own identity,” Ratajkowski stated.
Ratajkowski amicably split with Davidson on December 29th, according to a source. Before that, Davidson was linked to Kim Kardashian three months prior to dating the model. Ratajkowski filed for divorce from her husband Sebastian Bear-Mcclard after 4 years of marriage due to several cheating claims back in September. The pair share a son, 20-month-old Sylvester Apollo Bear.
