Despite Tanya McQuoid-Hunt, Coolidge’s character, being killed off in the second season, fans are hoping that she could make a comeback. However, when co-star Jon Gries suggested that “Jennifer play Jennifer’s sister,” Coolidge dismissed the idea, stating that Mike White wouldn’t allow it. But, Coolidge was pretty receptive to the idea of Anderson portraying Tanya’s sister.

“Oh wow,” she stated when Directo brought it up. “I just recently saw Pam’s documentary and I called 100 people to watch it. And I swear to God, we all had the same reaction. It’s amazing,” Coolidge stated. “You finally get the real story and she’s got this huge comeback.”
Coolidge’s statements followed a Tweet that went viral saying to get Pamela Anderson on The White Lotus. During an appearance on The Drew Barrymore Show, Anderson herself commented on the possibility of joining the show. Although she hasn’t watched it yet due to not being able to access it in Canada, she agreed with the idea, saying, “I’m up for anything.”
Anderson acknowledged that taking on such a role would be a significant challenge but emphasized that she’s not an ambitious person and prefers to go with the flow. “I think that would be an incredible challenge, but like I said, I’m not an ambitious person. I just like to go with the flow,” she stated. “So, I don’t really know what’s next but I know I haven’t really had the opportunity to see what I’m capable of on film yet.”
