Well, Jimmy Kimmel Live viewers certainly got quite the surprise of their life thanks to Jason Momoa…and his Hawaiian Malo. The 43-year-old actor showed in his costume for his new Netflix film, Slumberland, wearing purple satin pajamas and a pink velvet coat.

But, it wasn’t long before he decided to strip out of his clothing in order to show some of his skin. He referenced a recent Instagram post which went insanely viral showing him fishing in traditional Hawaiian Malo.
“I’m doing a show. I’m a creator and writer and director and producer on this Apple series called Chief of War and it’s all 1780s, 1790s Hawaii. That’s what I wear every day. I was just getting ready for the role and I like to get into character and so I was tanning my white ass,” he explained.

The actor went on to say that he does love a whole minimal look. He noted, “ I actually don’t even like wearing clothes anymore. I’m in it every day. I wear it all the time.” That’s when Jimmy Kimmel takes advantage, asking him, “are you wearing this under your clothes right now?”
Momoa then gives quite a shy smirk, standing up and literally stripping off his clothes. The actor goes shirtless and quickly continues to pull down his pants giving the audience and Kimmel quite the view. “Let me tell you, I never felt more like Danny DeVito than I do right now,” the late-night host stated.
Safe to say that the audience went insane, as they cheered for Momoa who was practically naked, and was spinning for the audience for them to see his butt. Leave it to this man to keep us entertained in every way possible.
His new film, Slumberland, follows a girl who discovers a secret map to the dream world of Slumberland. with the help of an outlaw, Momoa, she then travels through her dreams and flees nightmares and hopes that she’ll be able to see her late father one more time. The movie is set to hit theaters this Friday.
