But based on recent developments, perhaps Zuckerberg is trying to change all that.

As the leader of the tech giant revealed in a video, he is learning how to fight. And not just fight — but how to master the art of mixed martial arts.

Zuckerberg recently shared a video of a sparring session with Khai Wu, also known as “The Shadow.” Surprisingly enough, it seems Zuckerberg even held his own. So much so that the likes of Conor McGregor, Alexander Volkanovski and Aljamain Sterling gave him props.

Mark Zuckerberg Shows off MMA Skills

Zuckerberg revealed on The Joe Rogan Experience podcast that he’s been training for some time and that the “primal” nature of MMA appeals to him.

“From the very first session that I did, like five minutes in, I was like, ‘Where has this been my whole life?'” Zuckerberg said. “Alright, my mom made me do three varsity sports and my life took a wrong turn when I chose to do fencing competitively instead of wrestling in high school or something.”

Not surprisingly, Rogan was among the well-known names to comment on Zuckerberg’s training video.

“This is great! I’m so happy to see this,” Rogan wrote. “Training looks solid too!”

You know what they say, you have to make sure you balance work and life, and safe to say he’s doing just that.
