Yesterday, the Keeping Up with the Kardashians star posted a video to Instagram detailing her workout routine. She also paused for a chat with her followers to point out the scar from a recent tumor removal, according to Us Weekly. In the video, she used the filter “Beauty.”
While Kardashian received plenty of positive comments in response to her video, several users called out her appearance.
“Do you miss your old face?” one commenter asked. The Revenge Body host simply responded, “No.”

Khloé Kardashian has been frequently accused of altering her appearance through surgery and photo editing. While some of these claims have bordered on the ridiculous (who could survive 12 face transplants?), the media personality has openly admitted to making a few changes.
“I’ve had one nose job,” she admitted on the Keeping Up with the Kardashians reunion in 2021 (via Us Weekly).
Khloé has also been open about her use of filters and photo editing applications, calling FaceTune “life-changing.”
While none of the Kardashian women are immune to online criticism, Khloé believes that she receives more backlash than her sisters.
“I’ll take it, and I do think I can take it, but I don’t know the rhyme or reason,” she told Amanda Hirsch on the Not Skinny but Not Fat podcast (via Buzzfeed.)
