Breaking news! Sharon Osbourne was taken to the hospital Friday in Santa Paula California after she suffered a medical emergency. The Ventura County Fire Department confirmed that an EMS team had responded to a crisis call at the Glen Tavern Inn. There, the patient was taken to Santa Paula Hospital. Police chief Don Aguilar confirmed that the patient was the talk show host.

According to TMZ, Osborne was t at Glen Tavern Inn for a television shoot. The 70-year-old is a TV personality and a music manager who shares three children with her husband Ozzy Osbourne. Back in November 2012, Osbourne shared she had undergone a double mastectomy due to her predisposition to risk for breast cancer. She also underwent surgery for colon cancer in 2002, sharing her health Journey on their family’s TV series, The Osbournes.

This recent health scare also comes after she tested positive for COVID-19 back in May, around the same time her husband Ozzy and her daughter Kelly Osbourne contracted the virus. She also previously had COVID back in December when she was hospitalized for a while.Â
Osbourne went on to exit CBS, The Talk, in March 2021 after a total of 11 Seasons as a panelist following accusations of several racist comments. In May of this year, Osbourne’s oldest daughter, Aimee, 39, was among the people who escaped a Hollywood recording studio fire that went on to kill a 26-year-old music producer.Â
In addition to Aimee, the couple share daughter Kelly, 38, and son Jack Osbourne, 37. They’re also grandparents to Jack’s four children and Kelly’s first child. The family had announced a 10-part BBC reality series, Home to Roost, back in September which was set to document them moving back to the UK from the United States. Unfortunately, Ozzie has since commented that he no longer wants to move back home.Â
