Season 5 will be available on the Paramount Network on Nov. 13 and from the looks of things, it will at least be as intense as ever — and perhaps more.

Several trailers have already made their way to the small screen, the latest setting the stage for a showdown between Beth Dutton (played by Kelly Reilly) and brother Jamie (Wes Bentley). Kevin Costner, of course, heads the Montana ranch and family as John Dutton Jr., the father of Beth and Jamie.

Yellowstone Sneak Peek

In the Season 5 Yellowstone trailer, Jamie is seen burying a body, presumably for the purposes of blackmail. Beth can be seen telling him: “Stop thinking that you have a chance to earn redemption, Jamie. You’re in my prison now.”

Yeah, we know. Intense. All of it takes place in just 30 seconds, the length of the latest clip released by Paramount.

The clip ends with the tagline, “Power comes with a price,” seemingly the motto for the upcoming season.

Oh, and Costner added to the drama in the comments section by posting, “You can always count on Beth.” Several fans also reacted to the new trailer, rooting for Beth. “Beth’s loyalty is the one thing they don’t have to worry about,” one noted. “Beth is legit the most evil lead character to have walked the earth in the last ~20 years,” another one stated.

Season 5 will premiere with a two-hour episode. Seasons 1-4 are currently available on Peacock.
