Is Sylvester Stallone mimicking Johnny Depp by outrageous marital court proceedings of his own?

Former model Jennifer Flavin, 54 — who is still married to Sylvester Stallone — filed a divorce petition on August 19. She is accusing the action-movie star of moving assets from their marital funds.

Flavin claimed Sylvester Stallone, 76 “has engaged in the intentional dissipation, depletion and/or waste of marital assets which has had an adverse economic impact on the marital estate,” People reports.

He also insisted in a Wednesday statement that he loves his family, People reports.

“I love my family. We are amicably and privately addressing these personal issues,” the action hero said.

Stallone and Flavin married in 1997, though their relationship originally began in 1988.

Fans of Rambo and Rocky expressed their shock online after Flavin filed for divorce accusing Stallone of moving assets from their marital funds.

Flavin also sought an injunction from the court to stop Stallone from moving further assets as the divorce proceedings remain ongoing.

Meanwhile, Sylvester Stallone pulled a sick burn by covering up a previous tattoo of his wife, Page Six reported Tuesday. He replaced the bicep tattoo with an image of his dog from Rocky, Butkus.

A Stallone rep reportedly told MailOnline that the tattoo procedure didn’t go as planned. Moreover, his wife Jennifer Flavin was not keen of the tattoo.

Stallone changed the design on his right biceps with the Butkus work.

Page Six noted Tuesday that Flavin is no longer following her husband on Instagram. She recently posted a photo hugging her three daughters, writing, “These girls are my priority [heart emoji] nothing else matters. The 4 of us forever.”

People reported Wednesday that Stallone and his family are “amicably and privately addressing these personal issues.”
