Johnny Depp and Amber Heard’s sordid saga continues — with its cast of bizarre side characters in tow.

Recently released documents contain texts in which Johnny Depp and friend Marilyn Manson commiserated about their partners, Newsweek reports. The texts reportedly appeared in thousands of pages unsealed over the weekend in Depp and ex-wife Amber Heard’s defamation case.
Shock-rocker Manson reportedly called his current wife, Lindsay Usich, “an amber [sic] 2.0” in a 2016 text to Depp. He also allegedly told Depp that Usich “pulled an Amber.” Manson, whose real name is Brian Warner, was dating Usich at the time he sent the messages.
Maybe not so coincidentally, Manson is currently caught up in his own legal skirmish against one of his former partner. In March, Manson launched a defamation suit against actress Evan Rachel Wood and her alleged occasional lover, Ashley “Illma” Gore.
Johnny Depp And Marilyn Manson’s Newly Disclosed Texts
Manson texted Johnny Depp after Usich slapped him with a restraining order, accusing he physically abused her and had drugs in his possession at home, per Newsweek.
After Manson vented to his actor friend with the “pulled an Amber” text, Depp allegedly replied with advice to the musician.
“Don’t take no sh–,” Johnny Depp reportedly said. “[Do] not give her what she wants.”
Depp further wrote: “”Sociopathic behavior… it is f—ing real, my brother!! My ex-c— is goddamn TEXTBOOK!!”
Depp and Manson’s longtime friendship is well-documented. While claims that the two had engaged in drug use together were only rumors at first, Depp confirmed they were true while testifying in his defamation case with Heard.
Two months ago, Johnny Depp won more than $10 million in the defamation trial between himself and Heard. Depp made more headlines last week after making a cool $3.6 million by selling 780 prints of his artwork at a London gallery, according to The Sunday Times.
Finally, just two days ago, Giant Freakin Robot reported that Depp is playing a kooky shopkeeper named Phillip in the game Sea of Dawn. Sea of Dawn is an MMORPG game, or a Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Game.
