Rocky, a five-year old German Shepard, failed his first two tests to work as an explosive detector dog. Some would have given up on the pooch but after some remedial classes, Master Sgt. Michael Iverson saw Rocky’s potential.

Iverson –the Kennel Master at Offutt Air Force Base— worked with Rocky and, soon, he was ready for the big leagues. Rocky scored above average in patrol testing and eventually passed his test.

Rocky now works at Offutt Air Force base an explosive detector dog.
