A Veterans Day event at the Mohegan Sun in Connecticut will suit warriors for life after military service. Vets Rock is a daylong celebration of veterans that will be capped off with a Trace Adkins concert on Nov. 11. During the day, a series of events will help veterans tap into their inner yogi, become more mindful, and prepare them for finding work.

The Save-A-Suit organization is bringing 15 to 20 garment racks of suits for veterans to try on at a professional attire fitting. The goal is to provide as many veterans as possible with work clothes. The Suiting Warriors organization will also participate in the suit giveaway.

“For the past six years, I’ve been told what to wear, when to wear it and how to wear it. And I haven’t had to think about how to present myself because it’s just a pair of cammies or a dress uniform. So getting ready for the business world, this is a really nice opportunity for me,” Navy veteran Christopher Turnbough told WTNH.

The suiting event will run from 10:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Conn.
