This soldier, based out of Fort Lewis in Washington, had been deployed for six months. And his two-year-old daughter definitely missed her daddy.
When he came home from Kuwait for a two-week leave, his family was at the airport to meet him — and this adorable little girl just couldn’t wait to see her dad. As soon as she spotted him, she took off running.
“My daughter is about two in this video,” the mom writes for Homecoming Heros. “She was the happiest little girl in the world too see her daddy, Randy, out of Ft. Lewis, Washington. It had been 6 months since she had last seen him in this video. He was only home for two weeks, but it was well worth having him home for a little bit!! He is currently stationed in Kuwait.”
