Under Armour is one of the most popular sports apparel companies in the world — including among veterans and service members.  But one of their new shirts has the military community outraged.

Called “Band of Ballers,” the grey t-shirt shows basketball players raising a basketball hoop in what is an obvious imitation of the flag raising at Iwo Jima.  And social media exploded almost immediately in outrage.  Their Facebook page has been flooded with angry comments, and on Twitter, the company is being slammed by veterans, service members, and supporters of the military community for being disrespectful.

So far, Under Armour has yet to acknowledge the backlash.  But for the people angered by the shirt, an apology is expected.
