Hillary shared her trip with fans by posting an adorable collage on Instagram. The images show the two lovebirds sporting matching T-shirts.

In the caption Hillary refers to her hubby as “the greatest mate God could’ve ever sent me.”

But, aside from the couple rocking adorable twin tees, it was Hillary’s second post that really got our tears rolling! The 30-year-old Lady Antebellum member took a minute to reflect on both the good and the bad memories she had in the last year. In the post below Hillary writes, “This year has been one of the best. Like every year, we have been tested to see how we will overcome struggle, grief and sadness, and this one had its fill of those things.”

She continued, “But, we’ve also been blessed by so much love, incredible memories, and walking together truly feeling God leading our steps through a year of trusting Him like never before. You are an incredible husband, chasing after Truth with diligence and discipline…leading and loving us so well. You are a one-of-a-kind Daddy. You are our steady. We love you. Happy Anniversary.”

Hillary is no stranger to keeping her family close and putting all of her trust in God. In 2016, she and younger sister Rylee Scott, father Lang Scott and mother Linda Davis, who is best known for her duet with Reba McEntire called “Does He Love You,” released their first-ever Christian album, titled “Love Remains.” The project includes the emotional song, “Thy Will,” which Hillary refers to as her “open letter to God.” It touches on her miscarriage from 2015.

It’s no doubt that Hillary has been able to keep her head held high. She’s truly an inspiration. She’s been able to turn heartbreak into joy, and we wish her and her hubs all the best! Hillary and Chris tied the knot on Jan. 7, 2012. They are the loving parents to 3-year-old daughter, Eisele Kaye Tyrell.
