Thomas Rhett took to the stage for his first-ever headlining tour stop on Feb. 23, but his gorgeous wife Lauren was clearly the “Star Of The Show” — according to her hubby at least.

The country singer and soon-to-be daddy of two took to Instagram with a picture featuring him and his bride locking lips after his Home Team Tour show in Saginaw, Michigan.

Thomas simply captioned, “No wonder the show was amazing tonight! @laur_akins.”
As you can see in the photo above, Thomas and Lauren are head-over-heels for each other! Thomas leans into his sweetheart with his whole body and even has one hand on her jacket. As for Lauren, she gently touches her hunk’s face with her hand.
Turns out that Lauren returned the favor and uploaded a picture of the two on her own Instagram page.
The shot above shows her and her man stealing the same kiss from a different angle. Lauren adorably dons a camouflage coat with the words “Home Team” written on the back. If that’s not sweet enough, she included a meaningful note that read, “[I’ve] never been more proud watching you on stage than I was tonight babe. You’re the coolest. You really are. Like, even when I tell you “you’re not as cool as you think you are,” you actually totally are!”
She continued, “? #hometeamtour Killing It!!! I can’t wait to see it again tomorrow!! OMG I love you so much Thomas Rhett ??????? you are going to rock the faces off of all of your fans this year and I can’t wait to watch!!”

Lauren also added a slew of hashtags to her message – one of which read “he is going to be a rock star daddy.” The two recently revealed that they are growing their family by two. They’re expecting a girl, due in August, and also adopting a child from Africa. We have no doubt that their home is going to be full of a lot of love!
Thomas’ Home Team Tour continues on Feb. 24 in Erie, Pennsylvania. From there, he’ll head to Peoria, Illinois on Feb. 25.
