We think one of these country superstars is expanding his family soon

Over the past few years, we have watched Florida Georgia Line’s Brian Kelley and Tyler Hubbard go from carefree bachelors to devoted husbands. They’re singing about their devotion to their respective wives on their latest hits, “H.O.L.Y.” and “God, Your Mama and Me.” So, how long until all that love results in the sound of little feet running around backstage at FGL shows?

It may be longer than you think. Even though their good buddy Thomas Rhett is adding two kids to his family in the coming months, FGL hasn’t caught that baby fever just yet.

We caught up with Florida Georgia Line at the opening of the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum’s American Currents exhibit. While standing in front of the display of their racing suits from the “May We All” video, we asked the guys when they might be adding to their respective families.

Brian said, “You’ll probably get another puppy announcement from me before a child. Gonna try to wait a couple years. [We’ll get] another German Shepard. Gotta add to the pack. Keep it consistent. They’re really fun.”

As for Tyler, he’s concerned how his beloved dog, Harley, would react to a baby joining the family. After all, Harley has appeared in several videos with FGL over the years, so Harley is kind of a big deal.

He says, “We have a golden retriever, and he’d be really jealous if we had a child right now. We don’t want to affect his ego. We’re gonna keep him the only child for a while.”

Florida Georgia Line is gearing up for a huge summer with their The Smooth Tour with pals Nelly, Backstreet Boys and Chris Lane also on the bill. They’ll be playing their first-ever stadium shows in Boston, Minneapolis and Chicago. Tickets go on sale March 24 through Ticketmaster. Go to FloridaGeorgiaLine.com for details.
