Isabella Grace Docherty, a five year old girl known as ‘Bella’, passed away suddenly after catching what her parents thought was a stomach bug on February 13th.

Docherty reportedly began vomiting, leading her parents to believe she had a bug. She was reportedly acting like a normal sick child. Her father then brought her downstairs at 4am after she was struggling to sleep.
Docherty then reportedly vomited, and collapsed in her living room. Her father then called for her mother to come see what happened, and the paramedics were called. Daily Mail reports…
‘Brian screamed at me to come down me. When I came in he was holding her in his arms. I brushed her hair away from her face and my instincts told me she was gone.
‘We phoned for an ambulance and did CPR, a neighbour came to help until paramedics came and after that, it’s just a nightmare.
‘I just remember seeing her face and realising something bad had happened.

Her mother also added that Isabella had a non-life-threatening abnormality in her brain, but doctors say her death was not connected to this. She can be quoted as saying…
‘She has some issues with her brain, but nothing that we were told to be worried about.
‘Doctors said it could have been something she was born with. They didn’t know exactly what it was and now they may never find out. She was due to go into the hospital last week as an in-patient for some testing but unfortunately, suddenly, she’s gone.’

Her parents have reportedly been seeking answers as to why their daughter passed away so suddenly. The answer still lies a mystery.
‘It is killing us inside,’ her parents claimed about not knowing the cause of their five year old daughter’s death.
