Another shark attack strikes the beaches of Florida and it’s enough to make you have Jaws flashbacks

DAYTONA BEACH SHORES, Fla. — A 10-year-old boy was bitten by a shark Wednesday afternoon at Daytona Beach Shores.

Officials with Volusia County Beach Safety Ocean Rescue said the boy suffered a bite to his calf.

Officials said the bite caused minor lacerations and the boy was treated and released at the scene.

The boy was visiting from Georgia, officials said.
