On Friday afternoon, Facebook users reacted in horror when a Facebook glitch made thousands of Facebook profiles listed as memorial pages.

At 3:30 p.m. EST, thousands of users looked like they were dead on Facebook, including founder Mark Zuckeberg and this very much alive author.

Within seconds of the error popping up, users took to Twitter, another social medium to declare that they weren’t dead.
