These days, you hardly need to go to the movie theatre to catch a good flick. Not when you have options such as Netflix, Hulu, HBO Max or any other streaming service.

Well, AMC seems to recognize this. And the chain is offering $5 movies on Tuesdays, all the way through October 2022, via its AMC Stubs program.

Not bad, actually. That’s pretty much cheaper than a cup of coffee from Starbucks (or anymore, from your local gas station).

“The Discount Tuesdays program offers a special price on any available showtimes, including on tickets purchased in advance from sites like Fandango,” GOBankingRates wrote.

That’s not all. AMC Stubs members can also receive discounts on some concessions, like popcorn and soft drinks. Even the large sizes are just five bucks.

“Best of all, the discount is available to all AMC Stubs members, regardless of their membership tier,” GOBankingRates wrote. “That means AMC Stubs Insiders, Premiere members, and top-tier A-List members can all enjoy $5 movies.”

So, hey, don’t want to wait to see Thor: Love and Thunder or Minions: The Rise of the Gru? Well, then AMC on Tuesdays just may be the ticket for you.
