A rubber wetsuit outfitted in a pink bra, jacket and blonde wig that’s supposed to represent Hillary Clinton is hanging from a noose. The effigy is surrounded by a pro-Donald Trump sign, another referencing treason and one directed at Uranium One, a company Trump accused Clinton of having dealings with during her tenure as Secretary of State.

Billy Pitner is the man behind the display. He believes Clinton has committed a crime, and he wants to call attention to that. Clinton’s critics have claimed her response to the Benghazi, Libya, attacks and private email server use were acts of treason.

“I’m allowed to have my feelings, right, wrong, or indifferent,” Pitner told KIRO. “Here you are. Got your attention, didn’t it?”

Pitner says he will change the signs every day.
