Authorities in Indonesia are searching after a small plane went missing not long before landing Tuesday.

The Mirror reports the 10-passenger Twin Otter aircraft operated by Aviastar lost contact with the airline and air traffic control 30 minutes and 60 nautical miles before its scheduled landing in Makassar.

The domestic airline has had four fatal incidents, most recently in 2009, when a small British Aerospace plane crashed into a mountain, killing all six crew aboard.

“This photo was taken this morning,” reads this tweet in Indonesian from the airline. “And perhaps this is the last photo of Aviastar PK-BRM.”
