At this time of year, being submerged in this frigid water for any amount of time would surely be deadly. We are praying for the driver and that they were able to escape.

For anybody that has ever been around the harbor, the thought of being in that water is quite troubling. Not the cleanest body of water.

We will update this story as it continues to develop. Let us pray that everybody involved is ok. How can something like this happen?

What do you think?
