A tourist at the Treasure Island Resort in Fiji was filming a routine helicopter landing when, of course, things went dangerously wrong.
The helicopter, which had seven passengers on board, appeared to have landed without incident. Suddenly, the pilot lost all control and the helicopter had a brush with a tree.
It’s not clear how this happened. Thankfully, none of the seven passengers were injured. The tourist filming on the ground also escaped unscathed.
The video was filmed and uploaded to Facebook by Yang Yang.
“Close call with chopper crash at Fiji’s Treasure Island Resort – so grateful to survive from the near miss!” Yang Yang wrote.
