He may not have a boat, but this clever dude found a way to wakeboard like a pro

Flooding doesn’t necessarily conjure up positive associations. Excessive flooding in cities can create very hazardous conditions for residents. But one Southern California man found an awesome way to make the best out of a horrible weather situation.

In a video created by Kyle Farmer and shared on Fox 11 Los Angeles on January 22, 2017, a man appears to have attached a piece of rope to a grey pick-up truck. As the truck drives through an excessively flooded street, this dude masterfully navigates the small waves created in the car’s wake while being towed forward.

His balance is pretty amazing given that there are a few moments when he looks like he’s about to fall over. Have you ever tried wakeboarding? It’s a lot harder than it looks!

Kudos to this guy for making the best out of a flood and bringing the lake/ocean/river right to his neighborhood. Don’t try this at home, kids!
