In this video from Alfruania City in north Kuwait, this dude decided it really wasn’t a party until he got on top of a car and danced like no one was watching. Except a lot of people were watching, and one of them happened to be an on-duty police officer.
Without even any provoking, the guy stumbles on over to the cop, does some goofy pre-fight ritual and then proceeds to kick him right in the face. And we’re talking a straight-up karate style kick.
