It’s often the case that the people whose job it is to dress up in things like Santa suits are portrayed in the movies as, basically, drunk jerks.
In this case, no drunkenness was involved, but there was plenty of jerkish behavior to go around.
A man in an Easter Bunny suit at the Newport Mall in Jersey City, N.J., was involved in a pretty wild fistfight over the weekend, after he reportedly dropped a one-year-old child and got into an altercation with the girl’s father.
The employee in the bunny suit has not been named, but is reportedly 22 years old.
According to NJ.com, the 22-year-old man “told police a 1-year-old girl had slipped out of the chair after she had her photo taken with him” and alleged that the “girl’s father then began to verbally and physically attack him.”
People inside the mall filmed the fight.
At one point, a woman can be seen stomping on the Easter Bunny.
The video was tweeted out and then picked up by various New Jersey news outlets.
We’re pretty sure this angry dad won’t want to hear another “peep” out of this clumsy Easter Bunny.
